Developed electromechanical cable routings and support structures for the first generation multibeam inspection system.

Used NX cable routing module to route electrical harness on the chamber top.

Interfaced with other teams to create TPD’s to fully document harness.

Molex – San Jose, CA May 2017 to September 2019

Developed electromechanical conceptual designs that provided technical support to sales teams:

Provided Chassis level support in the development of high-speed backplane and I/O connector and cable tray solutions

Virtual Instruments – San Jose, CA November 2011 to May 2015 (Start-up)

Successfully completed the product architecture and electro-mechanical development of 1U and 2U rack systems including high speed cable interconnections. Used a modular design approach to ensure that DFM and DFA requirements were met. Leveraged modularity design concept on additional programs for optimizing costs.

Developed test plans and conducted in house thermal testing and managed external HALT / HASS testing.

Received a design patent (US 201******** A1) for a reversible fan module required to meet product air flow requirements and have several provisional patents pending.

Resolved serviceability and space requirements of optical TAP modules by conceptualizing and implementing new module designs.
