HR – Department Manager (April- 2018 till January- 2020) Responsibilities and Duties:

Leads and manages the HR Department by defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures under the direction of the group head of HR services in Dubai and contributes to the development of corporate HR provision that meets the business needs.

Explains the roles of employees and supervisors in the company’s action plan and in the successful operation of the performance appraisal system.

Supervising the project of transferring data from the old system (civilsoft) to the new system (SAP) with training of all the team and coordination with the technical support team in Dubai (HRIS) and inform them of problems in the process of transferring employees data and how they can be improved. HR - Personnel Officer (July- 2014 till March- 2017) Main Responsibilities:

Manages day to day personnel operations, confidential certificates, employee relations, etc., and implementing policies.

Prepare the bonuses, schooling fees entitlements and any financial reports for the Payroll Department.

Send, follow up and process performance appraisal and financial remuneration forms.

Prepare offer letters and internal memos (salary certificates, NOCs, contracts, end of service, etc.).

Assist all employees with their day to day queries and enquiries on company policies and procedures.

Initiate, update and maintains employees’ confidential and financial records on HRMS (promotions, raises, performance appraisals, etc.).

HR - Personnel Administrator (March- 2011 till June- 2014) Main Responsibilities:

Addition of new employees on HRIS (Civil Soft) after completing all their requested documents.

Filing staff documents after adding it.

Addition and calculation of staff annual leave, sick leave and any kind of leave depends on company procedures and rules using Civil Soft.

Coordinate and provide social and medical insurance supervisors with reports required for adding new employees.

Prepare a staff list on monthly basis and send it to supervisors to check status of each staff.

Prepare warning letters and holding all procedures related to it.
