Senior Project Manager (acting Projects Director) at Ministry of Housing (MOH) seconded staff for Project Management support services for Strategic Housing Projects across the Kingdom of Bahrain, precisely, for East Hidd Housing Projects with total budget of US$ 795 million (300 Million Bahraini Dinar)

Reporting to: H.E. the Minister & Assistant Under Secretary for Strategic Projects. Managing the development at East Hidd projects for medium density low rise social housing totaling 4,533 dwelling units comprising of 2,827 double-storey villas, 1,209 apartment units and 497 gifted plots with social and commercial community-supporting facilities across a 232 hectare site including the Infrastructure for the entire Town. The Master Plan on a newly reclaimed land located to the west of Dry Dock Highway in Muharraq Governorate for an anticipated population of 28,000. Duties include but not limited to:

- Advisor to H.E. The Minister of Housing.

- Assures the Ministry and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

- Focus on Operational issues and problem solving.

- Representing the Ministry’s Interests, Communicating, on behalf of the Ministry, with shareholders, government entities, and the public

The project is one of the largest projects to be constructed in the GCC region, The 36 km causeway Main Link extends over the Kuwait bay provides new strategic highway routes to facilitate planned development to the north of Kuwait City (Subiyah City) which will help create a new residential area for up to 500,000 inhabitants in the north side of the country, The project includes the construction of 2 artificial islands and 26 separate building, and the Doha link with 13 KM to entertainment city includes three buildings.

- Shadadiya Industrial Zone project: SSH is providing full design, engineering and value engineering services to Mushrif Trading and Contracting Company. The design and construction of all infrastructure for the Industrial Zone has been awarded on a design and build basis. The employer for the project is the Public Authority for Industry (PAI).
