Project 1: Order Domain.

The goal is to build a secure aggregation service to serve post purchase experience (order details, order modifications, package tracker and return pages) for both large view and small view of Bestbuy.com. When a customer navigates to Order details page the OSS Front end Node App bootstraps the UI (html) along with metadata (URLs, JavaScript assets, image assets) etc. After the page is loaded all the ajax request from there on will hit the OSS Aggregator App. OSS Front end app will host multiple SPA's (Single Page Applications). One for Order details, one for Package Tracker, one for Return Center etc. The apps have been split to allow both Front-end and Back-end have different deploy and release cycles. Order self-service view app bootstraps different views for the post purchase experience. Order Aggregator app which serves and accepts data for modifications/cancels etc. Order Graph serves the data for orders, service orders etc.

The existing Mobile Orders process in BEAST for Retail is lacking on business capabilities like not able to tender during order create through POS, locking the customer upgrade after tender, fulfilling the mobile product similar to non-activatable products etc. These capabilities require a complete overhaul of an existing Mobile Orders process. Hence this capability is being rebuilt in Core Blue as part of our strategy to retire BEAST.

Dotcom Mobile order capture process has not changed as part of current scope and Dotcom continue to call CAP during order capture.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and test tasks related to Dotcom, OMS.

Identify and remove obstacles that will keep the team from achieving their goals during the IPT execution.

Responsible for conducting test of dotcom mobile flow by coordinating with vendors [CAP] environments for the mobile testing.

This should help create a consistent experience for both clients and advisors and promote productivity. External banks facilitate Money Movement from Ameriprise to External Banks.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are a computerized system used to manage the movement and storage of products in a distribution center. All warehouse management systems keep track of inventory and manage order fulfillment. Many systems also store or trigger financial transactions associated with product movement. In short, a WMS is the brains of a distribution center. Target.com's warehouse management system is Manhattan, a largely off-the-shelf WMS developed by Manhattan Associates. The intent of the project is to support all domestic, International Transportation applications and Distribution applications within the expected SLA and provide extensive support to the Business and avoid Impacts.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and remediate operational tasks related to interface findings, backend processes etc.

Participate in Backlog refinement, daily Incident Review meetings

Develop Knowledge Articles for the recurring issues and new occurrences as per the TOC standards and fix issues in existing applications and improve stability
