PROJECT EXPERIENCE: Reviewing the dossiers submitted by the company contractors, the dossiers are: Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments, Piping, Civil and Steel Structures.

Ensure that the reports and check advises are written correctly.

Ensure that the job mentioned in the dossiers are done and complete and must be written in the matrix as 100%.

Ensure that the documents and certificates are filed correctly and accordingly.

Ensure that all certificates in the dossiers must be reported in the matrix.

Ensure that the certificates reported in matrix must be in the dossiers.

Ensure that all certificates and documents in the dossiers must be signed by proper authorities.

Ensure that all the Engineering drawings in the dossiers must be available in the data base (Webtop).

Ensure that all priority punch list must be closed or cleared.

Return the dossiers to contractors for any errors, discrepancies, or for missing documents.

Submit the corrected dossiers to company representative for approval.

Hydrostatic/pneumatic/water fill test inspection.

Inspection of pre-shipment of the Equipments.

Finally check all the Equipments are installed in as per PID & as built Drawing.
