Mail writing to sub-contractors, explaining through mail on site problems, troubles, reprogramming of unprogrammed device & map fault fixing.
Schedule there visit, arrangement of their site visitors gate pass.
Sub-contractors Visit reports, PPM reports, Maintenance reports verification and signing.
Monthly Fire Alarm Test or Exercise, in coordination with Subcontractors, Building Security Department, Building Emergency Response Team, & Client.
Site Supervision, Panel & Device Maintenance, Trouble Shooting, PPM activities scheduled and done by me. Not programming & panel commissioning.
2. Palm Tower A: (Doha West bay, B2 to 57th floors High rise tower)

Palm A under Old RAS GAS and currently newly shifted QATAR GAS HEAD QUARTER.
Duration of Job: (From 13 March 2017 to till current date present)
SYSTEMS: Fire Alarm Systems, FM 200 System, VESDA Systems, PAVA systems, & CO Detection System.
Make & Model: EST - 3 (Edwards System Technology), Xtralis, Kiddey, Mircom. Smart Addressable & Old Conventional Panels.
Roles & Responsibility:
