In my current position I see patients that have chronic lung diseases. I also see patients that have sleep disorders, need Allergy treatments and have sleep apnea. I manage Asthma and COPD and make sure that each patient has medication that is needed not to have an exacerbation. I read and interpret XRAYS, order and read labs, order testing appropriate to rule out pulmonary hypertension, as well as send them to the appropriate cardiologist that will monitor them as I am treating pulmonary hypertension. I am current on all of the testing protocols that are required for COVID-19 as stated by the CDC. I currently see an average of 10-30 patients daily.

I float to this office as needed, when the provider that runs the office is absent. I am dual trained in Pulmonary and Internal Medicine. At this clinic I see anywhere from 15-25 patients daily. I Provide comprehensive medical services for adults. I made sure that all patients that came to the unit where medically appropriate for the unit based on the care that they need and are assigned to the appropriate nurses on the unit. I handle nursing shortage by calling staff and adding them to the schedule. I take care of up to 7 patients and make sure that all the nurses on our unit have the help that is needed from me no matter if that is starting an IV, taking over care for a patient while they get caught up, passing medications, and making sure that our unit as a whole is running appropriate. I call rapid response and physicians when it is needed. I make the schedule or make changes to the schedule when needed and assist the manager with any extra task that may need addressed on the unit.

In this area of medicine, the population was obese patients. The goal for each individual was to bring there weight down to come off multiple medications or to get them prepared for bariatric surgery.

I went to three different nursing homes that were owned by this company and seen all individuals that were up for Medicare reviews. I seen anywhere from 15-30 patients daily. I performed the health care services to women of all ages, generally beginning at adolescence and continuing through pregnancy and menopause. The physician that I worked with specialized in hormone therapy and I learned how to treat not only women but as well transgender patients.

At this clinic I seen patients from birth to 18 years of age. We performed well child visits, sports physicals, DDS follow-ups, and sick visits. The average load per day was between 15-40 patients. This clinic offered in house flu tests, and strep tests, with results within 15 minutes.

This clinic was an urgent care and primary care office. This office was unique as I served as a provider to all ages from birth to 100+ years of age. Expertise in all areas of medicine was super critical in this role as you had to know how to treat every disease process.
