Implement the system of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (Primavera Contract Management) and follow up with the project staff the flow of tasks and search Excellency for the Project Data.

Set up processes guidelines and responsibilities for reception, processing, filing and archival, controlling and deposition of various project documents and samples across the Design and Construction stages.

Supervise and review the report data collections and meetings records to ensure and coordinate the right inputs for each department.

Supervise checking and processing of all outgoing & incoming documents (drawings, material/product submittals, method statements, specifications, RFIs, FCRs, NCRs, sketches, calculation reports, test reports and other technical documents) and correspondences before distributing to addressee/recipient.

Coordinate with concerned parties (subcontractors, designers, consultant and project managers) to fix issues relevant to documents submittal i.e. Document Numbering, Revisions, Document Status, etc.
