Skilled in layout and design of sheet metal to heavy plate, unlimited thickness. Developed extensive knowledge of sheet metal machines, shears-brakepresses-punchpress-ironworkers-rollers-cutters-trimmers, and marvel saws. Including some experience with CNC's.

Experienced forklift operator (Licensed by Hyster Corp. Solid Tire & Pneumatic). Skilled in a variety of power tools and metal fabrication equipment; including drills, drill press, chop saws, band saws, magnetic drills, angle grinders, side-winders, die grinders, chippers, slag hammer needles. All electric and pneumatic tools used in a welding shop.

As a leadsman in a full production welding shop, I maintained welding equipment and production machinery. I worked with thirty-six certified welders contracted to build 10 & 4-yard dump beds, 12ft snowplows, 15ft flatbeds, and many small fabricated welding assemblies to maintain a full line of equipment for the California Department of Transportation, (Cal-Trans). I also fabricated 18-45ft "Low Bed" trailers for heavy equipment as a certified heavy plate production welder.
