Direct and support hiring managers through the full-cycle recruitment process for roles in administration and production

Post all available full-time, part-time, seasonal positions, internships on the website and various job boards

Administer The Public Theater’s benefit package to eligible employees, enroll employees in benefit portals and communicate proper information about The Public’s comprehensive benefits package

Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit questions and other inquiries, resolve or escalate issues accordingly

Reconcile monthly financial allocations of benefit invoices for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance; collaborate with Budget Analyst and maintain accurate records of all enrollments

Conduct monthly reconciliations of ACA, COBRA, and Gym membership enrollments with Senior Director of Finance

Responsible for ACA Administration and offer insurance to eligible overhire and seasonal employees on a monthly basis

Responsible for Leave Administration, FMLA, and COBRA compliance; track leaves in conversation with employees and Payroll

Manage relationship with insurance brokers; lead bi-weekly phone calls to discuss ongoing items and projects

Continually brainstorm and implement new strategies to encourage use of the health plan and to promote wellness

Lead and support open enrollment by entering all enrollments; distribute comprehensive benefit summaries to enrollees

Administer leaves for employees; ensure compliance with process administration and communicate changes to employees

File workers comp claims, respond to injured employee questions and concerns and connect with claim adjusters Payroll

Complete payroll staffing forms for reporting, title, and salary changes; collect supporting documents and approval signatures

Provide Paid Time Off Balances to employees; assist in tracking hours worked in ADP and sick hour accrual as needed

Support and advise payroll administrator on making improvements to how payroll data is processed; conduct weekly payroll check-ins in preparation for upcoming payroll changes Compliance

Administer Paid Family Leave and work with Payroll to complete Quarterly census

Act as main coordinator for Anti-Harassment Trainings in 2019

Liaise with Proskaeur Rose LLP to schedule on-site sessions; respond to questions about training and training requirements

Act as main contact for visa and work authorization related questions and issues

Maintain bulletin boards at multiple worksites, confirm postings are compliant with NY State and City laws
