Was brought in as Construction Manager to help re-vamp their Integration Division and estimate all New Integration projects requested by Canada Post and FED-Ex ground and Air. Developed a cost analysis spreadsheet so the PM’s could at least track the progress of the jobs. I also had to work with the Millwright Local thru out the USA and Canada in order to maintain the proper manpower required. Also did all the Estimates and developed spreadsheet to maintain cost and effective production.

This was all due to the fact I inspected and evaluated the hole furnace.

Responsible in charge for safety oversight of industrial boiler refurbishment and selective non-catalytic reduction system for environmental controls of boiler emissions consent decree program at chemical plant in Texas: Boiler project was performed in unit with three other boilers in continuous operation. Coordinated with plant safety and subcontractor’s safety teams. Performed routine formal safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.

Developed estimates for mechanical projects, process standards in development of projects, established company quality control standards, and ensured thorough project reviews. SUL4R Plus Fast-track design-build soil amendment pelletizing plant utilizing the synthetic gypsum from the scrubbers on site at Louisville Gas & Electric Mill Creek Station. SULFUR equipment consisted of dispersion dryer, conveyors and elevators, pin mixer, rotary pan type pelletizer, bag houses, blowers, tanks, pump skids, screen sizer, and fluid bed dryer.

Kentucky Utilities Ghent Generating Station boiler re-tube projects. City of Springfield Missouri worked closely with Alstrom to develop, estimate, and demo and repair three of their pecipitatorers. Was the Project Leader for all three jobs and to coordinate 75 men. Flatgard Mechanical

Responsible for maintenance crew located on various processing plants. Scope of work also included high pressure steam piping and building pump skids.

AK Steel Maintenance contract managed 45-man crew performing shift live outages, boiler and high-pressure steam line repairs, to complete piping system projects. Worked hard to get Flatgard back into AK Steel which I did thru sales and personality.

Tyson Foods Managed 37 men crew for industrial process piping projects in sizes from inch stainless steel to 22 carbon steel.

Estimated and managed the replacement of both hot and cold side of precip’s for the utilities of North Carolina. Had 45 men to manage and showed a 15% profit for project. Had to make ALL sale calls, since I was head of the mechanical department. WORK SPECIFIC TRAINING
