WORK EXPERIENCE

Finance Planning & Analysis Manager. AUI Fine Foods (Gaithersburg, Maryland)

February 2017 – Present

AUI Fine Foods is a Swiss Company who imports and distributes chocolate, pastries, etc. Approximate revenue is $65 million per year.

-Responsible for monthly financial performance analysis, comparing actuals vs budget, actuals vs prior year, and raising key points to management.

-Responsible for sales and discount analysis, sales walk analysis and deep diving into millions of data rows (i.e. by customer, item number, sales rep, etc.)

-Built 2018 – 2020 budgets, and 5 year Long Range Plans.

-Supported merger and acquisition transaction team; calculated the company’s valuation.

-Led effort for the implementation of Demand Planning Software - for sales forecast, and inventory management purposes which resulted in significant freight reduction costs.

-Forecasted and purchased forward contracts, to align with suppliers’ payment schedules.

-Supported Innovation team on new projects costing, and followed up with those projects performance.

-Responsible for any ad-hoc analysis to support senior management decisions.

Finance Planning & Analysis Manager. Bacardi (Thailand) Limited.

September 2013 – November 2016

Bacardi (Thailand) is a trading company with approximate $45 million in annual revenue.

-Submitted and analyzed monthly and weekly financial performance.

-Built annual budgets and quarterly LE (latest estimates/revised budget).

-Led TM1-Cognos implementation to support the financial performance and budget submission processes.

-Calculated Listed price, and monitored pricing strategy; Worked with the Sales team to find a selling price that covers total costs, and maintains wholesalers’ margin.

-Calculated Transfer price: Running scenarios to find the most reasonable transfer price that matches with trading structure and matches with the import tax expectation.

-Calculated Excise tax: Running scenarios to find the most cost saving calculation method in excise tax calculation. Proposed to management and submitted to the Excise Tax Department.

-Controlled Advertising & Promotion spending (approximate budget $6 million USD per year).

Business Planning and Controlling Manager. RMA Automotive (Thailand)

RMA Automotive supplies modified vehicle fleet sales for the US Army and international aid and development organizations. Other businesses within the RMA holding group include US Government services, heavy equipment, food services and hotel management in South East Asia.
