Plant Manager (2019-2020) Managed all operations of manufacturing facility with 250 employees. Fiscal responsibility for $40 million annual budget. Successfully negotiated new 5-year contract with UAW local union 5% below the Bargaining Agreement Request, which included gap closure to all tier levels in the facility.
