Working as a Technical & CAD Engineer at INTERNATIONAL PIPELINE SUPPLY (IPL), Dubai, UAE, 12th November 2014 to till now

Job Profile:

Make compliance statement for the customer project specification of preinsulated pipes, steel pipes, fittings, valves and plastic pipes (PPR & HDPE).

Technical Submittal preparation for steel pipes, fittings, valves, preinsulated pipes and plastic pipes

(PPR & HDPE).

Handle technical issues related to pre insulated pipes system at the sites.

Produce technical documents for preinsulated pipes, steel pipes and plastic pipes (PPR & HDPE).

Clear and explain to the client technical related doubts on steel pipes and plastic pipes (PPR & HDPE and preinsulated pipes.

QC and control measures implementation at the factory and at the sites for preinsulated pipes system.

Prepare quotation of the Products ( Preinsulated pipes, steel pipes, fittings, valves and etc.) in absence of internal sales

Filing and scan the MTC, COO & BOL of the products( Steel pipes, fittings & Valves)

Send the commercial documents and products certificates like MTC and others to the customers

Does the general material inspection while ready for delivery – checking the quality of the products, heat numbers, corrosion free etc..,

Handle the preinsulated pipes and fittings production during the absence of production supervisor

Check the PU foam density during the Preinsulated pipes production.

Produce technical catalogs, flyers and leaflets for valves, steel pipes and plastic pipes (PPR & HDPE).

Purchasing material for factory requirement

Create CAD model, 3D part models, Assembly as well as creation of 2D drawings of preinsulated pipes system as per EN 253 standard by using PTC Creo 3.0

Create 3D part model and produce 2D drawings of steel pipes, Steel Butt-Weld fittings, MI Threaded Fittings by using PTC Creo 3.0

Make 3D part model and 2D drawings of PPR, HDPE pipes and fittings by using PTC Creo 3.0

Make management required factory layout drawings, other drawings and edit valve Auto Cad drawings by using Auto Cad
