The entire development consisting of 235-residential units in 3 blocks, 621-office units in 8 blocks, 8 boutique offices buildings, 97 specialty retails, 171 keyed luxury hotel, serviced apartments & Business Centre.

• Major involvement in project by leading & managing a team to develop the project needs from time to time and achieve deadlines.

• Responsible for conducting weekly coordinating and progress meeting with different disciplines like Structure, Interior Design, MEP, ELV, Landscape, Signage, Vertical Transport, LEED, Quantity Surveyor, Lighting, Façade Access, Security, Smart system, etc..

• Reviewing and developing the drawings from concept drawings to tender drawings through the coordination with consultants. Eye for details and incorporating new materials in the construction industry by details workshops with manufactures and suppliers.

• Considering every vital outward journey of passenger from drop-off, kerb area, kerb retails with user amenities, entrance gates with luggage scanner, check-in counters, waiting areas, immigration for international, passenger frisking area with metal detector, baggage scanners, concessionaire( including retails, F&B), lounges, seating area, boarding counter and FLB. inward journey FLB to immigration counters for international passengers, baggage carousel, concessionaire, customs, taxi bays, bus bays. A single storey terminal was specially designed for VIP & VVVIP terminal consists of entrance lobby, VIP lounge, Ceremonial lounge, VVIP suite, conference room, meeting room, ante room, security room and with luxuriously landscape.

• Involved in designing by finalizing different spaces including entrance porch, security room, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, dining area, boarding area and other ancillary spaces by coordinating with stake holders.

• Leading meeting with consultants to share the final design requirements and fine tune design by developing concept drawings for client approval.
