Air humidryer:

Having good knowledge about humidryer working principle. And have experience in removing desicant from the humidryer

HEATER:

Having good knowledge about crude heater. Having experience to remove process coil and flame tube. And having experience hydro test in both equipment’s.

Safety Equipment:

H2S monitor, Gas detector Fire detection system DCP, Foam, CO2 Fire

Extinguisher, life jackets and Belts Operation and maintenance of various types of fire fighting equipment and have knowledge of fire and safety equipment.

Fire and Gas Equipments:

Operating dry chemical power, CO2 extinguishers Water sprinkle system, Fusible plugs, deluge valve operation. Fire and gas planet (pyrotronis) automation manually release system, fire and gas detectors. Flare fuel gas system and water seal system etc.

HEAT EXCHANGERS:

Having good knowledge about heat exchangers like u type, floting head, and fix to bundle. Having knowledge of removing that bundles in out side and cleaning that and do hydro test and fix back again.

Fin fan coolers:

Having good knowledge about glycol coolers and fin fan coolers and jacket water cooler

SCRUBBERS:

Having good knowledge about scrubbers working process and remove external and internal parts like de mist pad and external valves

SAFETY VALVES AND CONTROL VALVES:

Having good knowledge about remove psvs and safety valve and control valves .After the servive fix back again properly.

FITTINGS:

Having good knowledge about all fittings. Like reducers and flanges, cape, plug, and nipples, union,flanges, and gasket types also.

Tottaly I have a good experience in all static equipments in past 9 years.
