Accomplishments:

Successfully delivered re-organization of the PSA BI account organisation from factory (technology) driven setup, to BIZ-wise set up within two months without any day of delivery disruption. Later, organized and successfully activated the BCP response for over 100 resources for Covid-19, again without any disruption to deliveries.

Earlier in Unilever (UL) account I took away complete R&D capability development/Maintenance from third party vendor, and successfully transitioned and established a new revenue stream within the UL Account.

Delivery Managed Agile development and generated significant cost savings for clients by developing & implementing factory-development, pay-as-you go model in UL Connect.

Optimized resource utilization by merging AD and AM Resource pool into single ADM Pool. Lead contributor in transitioning operations towards Devops leading to enhanced operational efficiency

Significantly enhanced account mining by doubling of Change Requests from client within one year of taking charge of operations

Led and delivered the organization change from Factory to Biz model.

The above organization change was a huge re-organization comprising on-shore and off-shore teams. The teams were previously organized technology (Factory) wise. They were re-arranged function/Domain wise for better delivery.

The re-organization had the potential to disrupt the BAU, and we planned in detail to reduce the impact. During transition at times tasks needed to be followed up to the resource level to avoid delays due to team re-distribution.

After the re-org I am heading the Support & Finance Information systems (SFIS) BIZ which comprises of support functions like Finance, HR, Accounts, and sales/maintenance support etc. The team size is 70+. The team is run with help of 12+ Domain/Project leads.
