+ Estimates the quantity of materials to be used in the daily production of

Bituminous mix.

+ Prepare schedule of transportation for hauling the required volume of materials

Needed in the production.

+ Check regularly all materials delivered at the asphalt plant.

+ Prepare suitable transportation of bituminous mix to the jobsite considering the

Temperature of mix upon arrival at jobsite.

+ Prepare daily production reports.

Duties and Responsibilities as Batching Plant Production Manager:

a) Prepare concrete mix design requested by clients in accordance to ACI and

ASTM standards.

b) Estimate daily requirements and supply of materials for concrete production.

Recoarse, medium and fine aggregates including the type of admixture and cement to be used.

c) Prepare transportation schedule to accommodate the Hauling of materials required for production.

d) Check the quality of the concrete mix before delivery to the jobsite.

e) Check the quality of aggregates every time supply arrives from crusher or source.

f) Conduct quality test of concrete mix in accordance to ACI and ASTM

standards.

g) Prepare quality test reports of concrete mix and aggregates regularly/ monthly. h) Prepare cost estimates of production.

# DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

CONDUCT INSPECTION AND SURVEILANCE OF ALL CIVIL WORKS IN-PROGRESS
