Technologies: Process automation using automation anywhere

Project description: The projects deals with automating the processing of various hourly/daily reports generated by servers running Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS), transaction processing, database systems etc. The processing involves checking different critical values in reports generated by different systems. The project also aims to auto-generate alerts to specific teams if there any abnormal values as per pre-defined conditions. The project saved lot of manual effort and errors in checking lot of reports every hour 24x7.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Automated processing of many numbers of pdf/email reports generated by systems and applications running Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS), transaction processing, database systems etc.

Involved in gathering requirements from client teams.
