My clinical background is within Neuro critical care area and I joint comprehensive stroke program as stroke educator, which I held a variety of clinical and educational activities related to these areas of practice. I broadened my education experience by pursuing a Master of Science within Education of Nursing. This perhaps the most rewarding of my professional development and career roles as it taught me a diverse range of learning skills and creative experimental style through digital teaching.
I have extensive experience as clinical educator of supporting stroke patients with various Potential barriers following a stroke that may impede the learning process. Take a leadership role into major and new initiative of ‘’stroke support group’’ that improve health and promote stroke survivors quality of life in many different ways. Experiment learning and the use of interactive multimedia education interventions are topics within education that I am passionate about. One way to encourage patient-centered care is to incorporate patient experience to improve disease knowledge. I find this a very rewarding and interesting subject and enjoy the challenge it brings. Currently played a key role to enhance learning methods at centre of nursing education & professional development, to challenge and inspire different group of learner to lifelong learning.
Duties of setting clear and obtainable learning objectives standards for new comer, staff nurses, intern and students. Thus I’m always very motivated by being able to see the impact of my work on other people.
To sum it up, I’m definitely looking for a position where I can evolve. Professional development is something that’s really important to me since I hope to take on managerial responsibilities in the future. I’d love a position where I utilise skills to make an impact that I can see with my own eyes which positively reflect on transforming Saudi Arabia. Of course, the position is only part of the equation to perform well that are bound to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 ambitions and objectives for the best practice. I am highly motivated to be part of an organisation, enabling growth and success toward something I care about, too.
