Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling 5 Warehouses (3500 Square Meters each) with a team of 35 staff members and Maintaining warehouse facilities to ensure smooth functioning of day to day activities of Inward and outward of Materials as per requirement of Production Dept.

Managing and monitoring the proper storage of the supplies based on the category of items and their storage requirements like Ambient, Chilled, Frozen and Dry and ensure that items received in their designated place to avoid wastage of time searching for items and general confusion.

Maintaining and Updating the Stock movement in the ERP System (RAMCO ERP SUITE) to ensure all Materials Stocks are accurate.

Planning and placing new orders for stock and supplies replenishment whenever required.

Coordinating with the QC Team regarding the New Consignments Clearance.

Responsible for upkeep of various appropriate records of materials received in the RAMCO ERP System.

Receiving and verifying deliveries of Shipments (Containers) of new materials.

Issuing materials/supplies as per the demand of the clients and maintaining records of payments (Invoices).

Performing the weekly Recycle Physical Inventory to check the Materials which are near to expiry date.

Performing Quarterly QC Audit with the team of Production and Quality Control Department.

Maintaining the budget of all the expenditures incurred and presenting same to Warehouse Manager.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Coordinating with Procurement Department on regular basis regarding the need/demand of the materials so that the future orders could be placed accordingly to avoid any shortage of Materials.

Monitoring the proper functioning of store equipment and reporting problems and failures to the Manager.
