• Manage Operators (headcount of 50 staffs) daily operational activities consisting of several divisions which includes CMS, CCTV Remote Monitoring and Security Guard divisions.

• Manage customers’ portfolio such as

1) Banking sectors: Maybank, Standard Chartered Bank, United Overseas Bank, MBSB Bank,Bank Rakyat, Prudential,Tokio Marine 2)Government & Public: Tenaga Nasional Berhad(TNB)& Indah Water Konsortium (IWK)

3)Semiconductors: Nexperia Malaysia,Tanaka, Hitachi,Brother, Panasonic 4)Logistic: CJ Century, Nissin International

5)Retail/Convenience store: Family Mart, Uniqlo Malaysia, Caring, Parkson, I Setan

• Report on service level, true alarms and ISO scoring daily, weekly and monthly

• Gather customer’s feedback, identify problem trends for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.

• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure service level are met on daily basis, propose alternatives on improvements.

• Coach and train supervisors to develop skills, increase productivity and achieve their personal goals.

• Follow up true alarm incidents with customers.

• Manage daily operation of teams in terms of efficiency and performance of service level of alarm handling.

• Ensure standard operating procedures adhered accordingly to meet customers’ requirement.

• Prepare client weekly, monthly and yearly report.

• Investigate break in cases / robberies/ attempt robberies of the customers

• Carry out internal audit.

• Familiar with CCTV and Card Access system

• Familiar with Paradox Alarm System

• Familiar with alarm integration and receivers

• Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.

• Knowledge on FMA 1967(ACT 139)

• Knowledge on JSA & HIRAC

• Knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514)

• Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.

• Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendation to management

• Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis

• Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe work practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.

• Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned

• Conduct incident and complaints investigation, root cause analysis and make recommendation for solution

• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001

• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success

• Identifying staff training requirements.

• Producing risk assessments

• Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards. Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences.

• Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps.
