BWI Group (May 2019-Present)

During the working period, as a software test engineer, mainly responsible for design and develop embedded Software Testing procedures for controlled Brakes and Chassis Suspension products. 1. Experience in embedded controller networks (CAN) and the use of ECU diagnostic(ISO 14229) and network communication tools to verify and troubleshoot distributed vehicle systems (e.g. CANoe, CANalyzer). Knowledgeable of vehicle communication protocols & Diagnostics.

2. Good Understanding about Automotive ECU development life cycle and AUTOSAR based implementation at product level. 3. Create and Perform test procedure and verification methodologies for requirements derived from iso standard and customer’s requirements to control ECU electronic systems. Such as ECU functional test and ECU fault injection test, working closely with software and product development teams.

4. will Interface with electrical hardware design team and basic SW team to address/resolve issues, through test or inspection SW by Davinci and Tresos tools.

5. Investigate and resolve product issues found during HIL development and validation testing. 6. Support ECU design compliance assessment based on OEM application-specific requirements. Robotic Arm kinematics (Matlab and Arduino)

Designed and build a robotic arm use levers, encoders, motors etc based on the Forward and reverse Kinematics. Control robot arm to draw certain patterns with a smooth trajectory by operating GUI in Matlab. When given the start goal and end goal, programming robotic arm to plan the shortest path in the maze by itself using A*algorithm and D*. Smart Car Project: Collision Avoidance & transportation (Matlab and Arduino) Three designed smart cars can move an object from one location to another by following 3 different complex routes. Each car must avoid hitting each other during the transportation. After assembling smart cars, we use Arduino Uno to control the car and utilize 3 sensors to get each function working. Routh Identification: TCS230 color sensor. We make smart cars run between two lines each has a different color which can be recognized by color sensor. Programming the smart cars to make different move after picking different colors. Collision Avoidance: Ultrasonic Distance Sensor. We make smart cars stop instantly if the ultrasonic distance sensor detects that the distance between cars is below 15cm. if the distance is more than 15cm, smart cars will keep going. Object movement: 12VDC 200N Electric Lifting Magnet. When arriving in the source, we will turn on the magnet to pick up objects. After recognizing the color of destination, it will turn off the switch of magnet to drop off the objects. Main Achievement
