I worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter/Sourcer for the RPO (Recruitment Placement Outsourcing) Team.

Here are some of my project accomplishments:

Worked on a successful RPO for a nationwide e-commerce company filling roles which consisted of Help Desk, Developers, Business Analysts, MS BI/SQL Server Developer/Analysts, DBA’s, Project Managers, Applications/Infrastructure Leads/Managers, QA Testers, Systems and Network Engineers, and various other roles.

Sourced and secured 15 Sr. Manager/Director/VP/C-level IT positions for a start-up Fortune 250 company.

Sourced and secured 2 Azure Architect roles for nationwide implementation at a premier non-for-profit.

Recruited and engaged candidates for up to 10 open requisitions at one time; this includes successfully closing candidates, building and maintaining relationships, and finding out what it will take to accept the offer.

Sourced candidates from scratch via my network, Boolean strings, LinkedIn, and data mining my internal ATS (Bullhorn and Taleo).

Created and modified recruitment pipelines for popular skill sets and hard to find candidates; this includes engaging passive and active candidates to utilize for future projects and report hiring trends to management.

Worked at many as 25 open requisitions at one time in various IT areas (Business Analysts, .NET, Mainframe, Quality Assurance).

Modify, create, and manage pipelines for job requisitions in Taleo. This includes using advanced Boolean searches to data-mine the ATS.

Conduct passive candidate searches on job board (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).

Conducted X-Ray and Boolean Searches in Google for hard to find candidates.

Conduct pre-screens with IT talent who have applied through Allstate.Jobs or candidates I found through other means.
