Duties included maintaining knowledge of current menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods. Also was in charge of the seafood department.
-September, 2002 to July, 2005 - Cook – JD’s Pub in Galloway, NJ.
Duties included: Preparation of entire restaurant menu as well as
catering.
