February 2013
We hired Tonya to care for our 3 month old son in August 2013 based on the professionalism she showed during our interview and references we used.
Immediately, we knew Hunter was in good hands. Tonya was very professional and cared for Hunter like a family member. She was great with Hunter and on day one started exceeding our expectations by teaching Hunter words and letters, taking him out of the house to the park or library and even helping around the house with some cleaning and laundry.
It was unfortunate, and with heavy hearts, that my wife and I had to end our relationship with Tonya. Financially, we could not sustain having a nanny. We know that if we were in a better place financially, Tonya would still be caring for Hunter and we'd be excited to have her continue to care for our second, Jet, arriving in April. Knowing Tonya was a great year for our family. She showed incredible professionalism and we loved having her as part of our family, especially Hunter.
