Reporting to General Manager, work directly with SBU Director to manage profitability of the account, overall operations and logistics for a dynamic business. Act as point of contact for the customers, planners, manufacturing plants, suppliers and service providers. Key areas of responsibilities:

- Demand Management: Research and identify customer requirements, monitor industry trends, develop merchandise to suite customer requirements, offer sharp costing based on customer product categories [good, better, best], ensure all receipts are planned, forecast and production capacity allocation, review profit and loss analysis and customer communications. Also, liaise with compliance department for factory approvals and any compliance related activities.

- Supply Management: Execute and manage purchasing power, ensure operational excellence, T&A driven merchandise deliveries to ensure cash flow management, negotiate for InCo terms and payment terms, analyse inventory productivity and inventory management, manage and approve warehouse and distribution expenses. Evaluate KPI’s with supply chain partners, SRM

[Supplier Relationship Management].

- Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, supervise, mentor and develop employees. Facilitate on-the-job training. Evaluate performances and offer recommendation for improvements. Identify routine and non-routine activities and look for improvement opportunities for routine activities. Establish standards and procedures to improve efficiency of office operations to meet deadlines. Establish knowledge-capital.
