I have shown leadership in several projects in various capacities. Managing teams of various sizes in matrix, functional, product based or other types I have been successful in completing the projects within budget and time. With a good varied engineering back-ground I have been able to understand the technologies and intricacies associated with project. With more than a decade of managing projects and advising on strategic initiatives I have over the years groomed and introduced new management philosophies.
