Mega Project KFHS-650R. (Jeddah-KSA), King Faisal Hospital specialist & Research center.

• Studying a fundamental per contract requirements, codes, standards……for several systems. (MGP &

HVAC, Fire Fighting and other systems). to develop its achievement in coordination with other Dep.

•Technical and economical cost estimation for material and work plan. Report to PD.(project Director)

• Selection of Subcontractor (Becon medaes-Dubai).refer to Qualification, material requirements &standards.

• Weekly protocol Meeting with CDS (consultant) to cover still opening questions and problems solving.

• Reviewing the medical gas piping design from the design office & Subcontractor 2& 3-D.Report to PD

• Reviewing the Material list (BOQ: Bill of quantities per Building), pipes, manifolds, compressors, AGSS,

zone service area valves, isolation valves, control panels, Outlets, Bed Head Units Hill,Yard, pumps.

Integration refer to BMS system.

• Reviewing the Material Submittal with the Subcontractor for assignment to be approved by CDS

• Ensure the Subcontractor work scope work scope is coordinated, controlled

• Reviewing Shop drawing design for Submittal (calculation, layout route & services sequence Special rooms

• Issuing of RFI request for information by not obvious cleared Tasks for the Consultant.

• Monitor the Technical Process generally ensuring the Subcontractor and consultant have addressed all

issues concerning the provision of and coordination of mechanical services necessary for a fully functional

hospital in coordination with planning and QC/QA-departments.

• Supervision of Site engineers for Equipments installation inside and outside of Buildings.

• Monitoring and Reviewing of all other mechanical systems such as (HVAC several filters,).

HEPA, pneumatic Tube system, neutralization system,, FF, piping sequence water supply system)

• Re -design of critical Areas regards Norms and owner adjustments.

• Installation of alarm systems, online control panels for operation rooms…..

• implement methods and solutions for complex engineering problems and selection the

most efficient and economical manner to meet our clients’ design objectives

• Mock up –Room (installation per customer requirements as Muster ) and Approval.

• Manage the delivery of after sales Installation & maintenance services, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, quality and profitability.

•. Monitor performance and provide formal monthly & weekly reports for Dept. Manager confirming compliance with the requirements.

. Work closely with Maintenance engineers, senior supervisors and Technicians to ensure that the work of the maintenance services is integrated and establish consistent processes and procedures across the region.

. Ensure that all contracts are interpreted correctly and are uniformly followed by Maintenance personnel.

-Inspection of old O2 main & emergency supply systems.

-Seminar for the Technicians about installed systems

-Yanbu General Hospital (Royal Commission):

-Repairing and replacing damaged Parts of in past installed Liquid storage tanks for O2.

(Stainless steel pipes, Brass flanges, safety valves, ….)

King Faisal S.Hospital (Jeddah),General Hospital Assir,NAJRAN & SHARORA:

-Periodic Inspection of condition for Main supply systems & Emergency system per contr.

-Issuing certification Document of systems validity.

United Doctors (Jeddah):

-replacing of leaking liquid storage Tanks with vaporizers.

King Abdel aziz Uni Clinic (Jeddah):

-Emergency Repair of damaged working liquid storage Tank.

-KAUST Laboratories project (Thuwal):

-studying contract files & requirements, technical Material submittal.

-N2 & CO2 liquid gas storage tanks with piping network. Also vacuum insulated pipes and tubes.
