Presenting financial performance of the company to top management & Board of Directors for decision-making Formulating the corporate budgets, analyzing revenue, scheduling expenditures and undertaking the financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals); providing explanations / insights on the same Managing:
