Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance

•Served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer who oversees the Regulatory Affairs division of the plan (staff of 40). The Compliance Department is responsible for monitoring, auditing and evaluating its program effectiveness, education, training, organizational leadership, policies and procedures health care fraud waste and abuse.

•Served the entire management team (included: 2 Senior Directors, 2 Directors, 3 Senior Managers) with bi-weekly meetings, operational plans, and other tasks as assigned.

•Managed department calendar, which included: providing department and organizational-wide updates, policies and procedural reports, full-staff of 40 members with on-boarding materials (computer set-up, floor plans, updates and more in conjunction with Facilities).

•Provided complex support and project coordination for Senior Director and Managers which includes: utilization of Concur system for travel; SciQuest for invoices and contract submission and monitoring.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

•Managed heavy calendars for the Chief Executive Officer, Sr. Vice President, and Chief Medical Officer for Seaside Health Plan (a Managed Health Care IPA), which serves the local community and surrounding areas of close to 40,000 lives.

•Key staff person for managing Seaside Health Plan Board of Governors meetings, agenda, minutes, database and more.
