Main
Duties
: • Provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits section head.
• Develop strategic compensation plans, align performance management systems with compensation structure, and monitor negotiations for group health care benefits.
• Monitoring family and medical leave act compliance, and adherence to confidentiality provisions for employee medical files.
• Make annual survey; take opinions about employees satisfaction pertaining health care.

• Conduct workplace investigation, and resolve employee complaints.
• Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands, and labor force trends.
• Oversee the recruitment, and selection processes, responsible for decisions related to corporate branding as it relates to recruiting, and retaining talented employee.
• Man power planning/scheduling in conjunction with departmental managers ensuring high level of flexibility and productivity.
• Organizing and running exit interviews with all
department employees who leave the company to help managers understand potential areas for improvement in the way we manage people.
• Supporting managers and the general manager in cases of discipline and grievance offering fair, lawful and commercially realistic advice on all occasion.
• All responsibility for the three member committee, for finding the contracts and insurance of the employee at the company.
