• Charged with leading development and implementation of governmental relations strategies related to operational standards & Policies as well as procedural steps across all projects in order to be in alignment with approved governmental strategies & regulations. That includes negotiations and agreements settings with all governmental bodies as well as international organizations and foreign embassies

• Research, analyze, and coordinate performance data and industry trends of similar international organizations in order to reach best practice trends as well as develop key users and ensure know how transfer to the organization.

● Developed first pilot training curriculum for company drivers in coordination with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, the Cairo Transport Authority, PDA, and MCV; ensuring an overall training of 300 drivers with a success rate of 100%.
