Work Description:

Reviews the Structural and Architectural Plans.

Reviews the Bid documents, Bid Bulletins, Bid Plans, and For Construction Drawings.

Reports discrepancies between Architectural and Structural plans to the project manager, TSG Head, and Cost Engineers. Follow up the resolution of the problems or discrepancies.

Review construction Bulletins and prepares estimates for the potential change orders.

Monitor changes in the project scope and gives recommendations on additive and deductive claims.

Estimates quantities based on Bid Plans, For Construction Drawing, Construction Bulletins and all other related documents as needed.

Estimates quantities for the change orders and cost proposals.
