Reporting to Senior Maintenance Manager. Works and co-ordinates closely with Senior Managers, Safety & Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, Planning Manager and other key persons in the organization.
Serve as Support Service Officer, acts as Supervisor during event and normal time and coordinates all activities within the site.
Conducts tool box meeting with Operation team on day to day issues, Proactive & Preventive Maintenance schedules, corrective or repair works, normal & emergency responses and procedures, follow up on outstanding Word Orders and etc.
Monitoring work progress at building by contractors doing PPM and CM including work validation and certifications.
Observe events, incidents, power outage, fire alarm, PPM work, service order progress are to be documented in daily report and submitted to Management.
Responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of Lusail MPH related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP); CCTV; extra-low voltage equipment (ELV) like BMS, Access Control, lighting control, fire alarm, IPTV, Audio/Video System, turf and landscaping; and housekeeping.
Prepares/raises CM work orders in Maximo CMMS based on end-user/clients service requests and/or site team’s inspection report which includes rectification, modification and improvement on Federation assets and facilities.
Prepares and reviews site inspection reports and evaluation on technical specifications and scope of works, drawings, quotation reviews, and bill of quantities for corrective/rectification works and improvement works
Reviews and monitors delivery of planned preventive maintenance on equipment and other assets of the Club.
Coordinates with the Club management/event organizer on the schedules and necessary preparations to support there event.
Escalates any emergency incidents to the Cluster manager, Club manager and MOCS Supervisor.
Prepares incident report and conduct post-incident evaluations.
