Responsible for two pipe yards:

Ordering and record keeping of tubing, rods, and well heads.

Managed six production rigs with three supervisors and twenty-four rig hands.

Daily activities include:

Managing day-to-day operations of rig jobs, i.e. pump changes, sanded jobs, stuck pipe, CBO, casing damage, cleaning down hole perforations.

Conduct individual job hazard analysis, monthly blowout, and earthquake drills.

Safety briefing for rig personnel on company safety manuals.

Daily engagement with rig crews discussing any round table issues personal or job related.

Working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.

Managing logistics for personnel and equipment to and from locations.

Maintaining monthly inspections and doing an overview with rig supervisors, i.e. BOP maintenance and pulling line records, crew members behavioral based safety forms, and job safety analysis forms.

Managing day-to-day activities of rig contractor personnel, third-party contractors, and the Drilling and Completion team.

d.Daily spot safety checks on all rigs

Scheduled rig work based on data pulled from LOWIS prioritizing by DPI and barrels of oil.

Financial decisions making regarding well work activity.

Well head changes, scoped jobs, scheduled crews, and managed well to completion.

Facilitated Welcome Back Safety Meetings every Monday with business partners’ crews to ensure fit for duty before starting work.

Participated in monthly area field sweeps on all areas of operations.

Presented an award for rig time reductions and cost saving in 2014 for the Rig Hub team.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER – Midway, 2010-2012

Created Tepi-tank cleaning PMs for Midway Sunset on all AWT’s as well as set up a schedule for the crews and inspectors.

Lead Planner on a valley wide PRV team.

Developed a SJVBU process resulting in a better inventory and measurable cost tracking.

Created PMs for plants for optimal pump run times.

Managed maintenance crews per work load backlog and built weekly maintenance schedules to keep down oil to minimal barrels.

Established and implemented a process in the A&E group, resulting in a one-week turnaround time for USA digs, involving electricians, instead of three weeks.

MAINTENANCE PLANNER - Kern river, 2007-2010

Built and maintained a forty-hour work schedule each week for 14 business partner’s crews.

Keeping Chevron in compliance on all steam generators, facilities, and AWT’s by way of PM completion.

Making sure that critical jobs are managed through the maintenance system for short turnaround times.

Planned and scheduled multiple business partners.

Managed breaks as a high priority and mitigating urgent problems in our maintenance system to assure quality performance.

Attended and facilitated daily coordination and safety meetings with Head Operators and business partners.

31x Water and Oil Plant Operator - Cymric, 2005-2007

Responsible for delivering 80,000 barrels of soft water per day to steam generators in the field.

Ensured pumps were operating at maximum performance.
