Served as the Senior Project Manager overseeing the design and construction management of the Dynetics Vulcan Test Stand in Decatur, AL. This is a $7M project which when completed will serve to conduct test on rocket components for United Launch Alliance or other clients. I did the project planning and design sessions/charrettes. I participated in facility assessments and master planning. I was responsible for construction surveillance and oversite (CEI). I reviewed project construction shop drawing. I was responsible for all construction contract administration for the North Regional Area Office Mobile District. I use the most recent regulatory polices to recommend and develop new policy and issue guidance/directives regarding construction and environmental practices and principles. I develop contract scopes of work on IDIQ contracts. I participated in design reviews and planning review conferences with designers, Architect-Engineer firms to ensure that the facility will support the mission and be constructed within budget. I serve as the technical specialist in pre- construction conferences and other meeting to advice on quality of work, contract change and schedule. I prepared and send out contract Request for Proposal's. I prepare government cost estimates and compared it against contractor's proposal.
