Roles & Responsibilities:

Being Project Engineer – it is my role to understand the requirement of the client and complete the project . Following are few of the activities I perform on day to day basis.

●Understand the control philosophy and design the PLC control panel by analysing the I/O s required for project

●Programming the PLC and VFD, Designing SCADA and HMI screen, Interfacing and commissioning, Tuning field instruments.

● Project Documentation.

MAJOR PROJECTS:

Client: TCS, Hyderabad.

Product: Integration with PLC (TM200CE40T) and HMI (GXU5512), Schneider electric.

Applications: DG & EB control.

Role: Studied the control philosophy and programmed the controller accordingly .Designed the HMI screen. Interface PLC and HMI and Commissioned.

Client: HAQ STEELS PVT Ltd, Gujarat-India

Product: Integration with PLC (TSX2623) for kiln-1 and SCADA (VIJEOCITECT 7.5).

Application: Sponge Iron production unit.

Role: Responsible for designing plc panel, programming plc entire process, designing scada pages and commissioning.

Client: FLIPKART

Product: PLC (TM200C40T) and HMI (GXU 3512)

Application: Sewage treatment plant.

Role: Handled the project which requires our products in huge quantity. Designed plc control panel and programmed plc as per control philosophy and commissioned .Designed HMI pages.

Client: POULTRY FARM, Hyderabad.

Product: PLC (TM200C40T) and HMI (STO511)

Application: Temperature control.

Role: Responsible for programming plc, Designing and wiring plc panel, developing hmi screen and commissioning.
