Responsibilities:

Role – Head E&I CPP(25MW)

Continuous trouble free smooth running and operation of plant with safety & quality.

Resource Planning and mobilization as per site specific demands.

Ensuring regular Preventive maintenance of all critical drives through different analytical tools.

Ensuring availability of all critical spares and tools required for quick startup of any electrical equipment.

Timely routine inspection and maintenance of all electrical equipments.

Ensuring close co-ordination with cement plant for better load management and improved efficiency of running plant.

Documentation and all record keeping work for all electrical related formats related to CPP.

Coordinating with other agencies, companies & OEMs for smooth execution of maintenance jobs.

Coordinating with third party agencies for audit trials.

Ensuring all legal compliances for smooth & continuous operation of plant.

Modifications of existing & new logics & process parameters as per site specific requirements.

Coordinating with electricity board officials for continuous operation of power plant.

Ensuring timely Civil works completion at all floor levels and of all foundations, Cable Tray installation, Base Frame installation for Panels, Panel Erection, cable termination, cable glanding, Transformer Installation, equipment erections, bus ducting, ventilation systems, Earthing of systems, No load trials for commissioning of LC#2, LC#1, LC#3.

Documentation and Reporting work for LC#2, LC#1 and Fabrication yard 2.

Coordinating with other interfacing agencies for smooth execution of jobs.

Being an active FPE team member, I have a responsibility of conducting audits at regular interval and making their reports for isolation and lockout procedures, electrical safety system.
