Administer CWP’s and ITP’s required shall be in written procedure in accordance with the owner technical specification and safety standard electrical code.

Inspection and test plan will detail the operations to be performed in fabrication or installation and will identify the necessary inspection and test operations. The plan will identify inspection methods as well as acceptable criteria, and will identify documentation required to record inspection results. Coordinate daily observation of construction work for compliance with approved contract drawings, specifications, procurements, Request for information (RFI), Change orders, and approved submittal and shop drawings. Issue Observation Reports noting conditions of non-compliance, with proper reference to detailed drawings and specifications sections.

Monitor construction operations to insure meet the contractual obligation to safely and issue deficiency notices when they are found not to be in compliance. Insure all deficiencies are addressed in a timely fashion.
