Worked in Lafarge Holcim ACC Limited, in Chattisgarh near Bhilai as Vice President/Director Project job of Jamul (9000 TPD plant) and Sindri (1.1 Million Tons Grinding Unit) since June’17. Before this position, I was the Quality Head of both the Projects and responsible for Fabrication, Construction, Erection, Commissioning and handing over to the Plant O&M team.

Before this, I was In-charge of full-fledged plant of 0.8 MTPA with 25 MW Power Plant. The Growth Path within the Company

(Client) Operating Cement Plant (1.5 MTPA Integrated plant) in Angola as Director Plant and reporting to MD of our Company Cemvision based at Dubai.

Notable Milestones achieved on Maintenance Front (Plant Operation & Maintenance)

Attained maximum running days 29 Days of Cement Mill.

Achieved 340 running Days of 10,000 TPD Kiln with proper predictive maintenance and resource planning concept and adoption of Best Practices and Solver techniques.

Implemented standardization concept by covering “V”belt, Gear Box, Lubricants etc to minimize Inventory.

Developed best practices in the plant to reduce maintenance time and Cost.

Minimised breakdown by almost 90% by precise adoption of condition monitoring system and improved OEE to 92% and MTBF >40%.

Successfully contributed on completion of the project as a Commissioning Head in ACC, Bargarh, Orissa across the east region.

Executed 2 integrated cement plant (3500 TPD) in Nigeria with the capacity of Project Manager.
