Currently working as Production and Quality Engineer (INJECTION MOULDING) with Build Well Plastics Industry Co.LLC, Dubai from since Feburary 2019 to Till date.

Previously worked as Production Engineer (INJECTION MOULDING)with Janani Plastics Chennai, India fromsince May2015 to January 2019(3+ Years of experience).

Four Week Internship in Bright AutoPlast Ltd Chennai.,India. (Work on Quality Department in Automotive field).

Build Well Plastics Industry Co.LLC is a manufacturing company based in UAE, it makes sanitary products like extensible hose bottle trap for sink, wash passion. These all product are manufacture by using Injection molding machine,Extrusion molding machine, They were using the raw material as polymer materials like PP,PVC and so on as per requirement or nature of product. I was appointed as Production Engineer .

Janani Plastics.India:

Janani Plastics is a manufacturing company based in India, it makes all Stablizer Parts, like Different shape of Connector,Connector Cup,5 Amps 5 Pin socket,15 Amps 5 Pin Socket,Stablizer Body Male and Female Part,15 Amps 3 Pin Socket,5 Amps 3 Pin socket, and etc, These all product are manufacture by using Injection Molding Machine, Compression Molding Machine, They were using the raw material as polymer materials like PP, LDPE, PS, ABS, PC, and so on as per requirement or nature of product. I was appointed as Production Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Engineer

Responsible for Plant startup and shutdowns.

Installs Molds, Sets up machine, Troubleshoots, and starts up molding machines, as well as secondary and auxiliary equipment.

Inspect all tools needed to complete mold change.

Sets and adjusts process controllers, secondary and robots.

Sets up machine to process from established molding parameters.

Establishes and maintains the set points to produce a quality part at the optimum cycle.

Managing team of engineers and operators.

Daily operations report to senior management.

Daily review of plant operations and troubleshooting and guidance toengineers.

Review of production reportswith required target of the day.

Review of current and previous quality report for better quality.

On monthly and weekly basis check the report of maintenance and inspection of machine maintenance.

Prepare system on required machine for new product as per plan of schedule.

End of the day Get reports from each and every member of team on their activities.

On daily basis check the cooling tower and cooling system to confirm if it is working properly.

To prepare a cooling system for new installation or on required bases of machines in my department.
