• Evaluate / define, in collaboration with the Management Team, annual and multi-year investment plans.

• Maintaining the corporate assets of movable and immovable property, in compliance with the assigned budgets

• Ensure good environmental quality and safety in the workplace

• Redevelopment of buildings and construction of new works. Some examples:

o New boiler house with 3 2000 kw boilers with attached 800 kw cogenerator, cost of the work approx. 3,500 K €, Pay Back 3,5 years, saving 250/300 K € / year

o Energy diagnosis as required by Legislative Decree n. 102 of 4 July 2014 and seismic inspections of strategic and significant buildings for collapse purposes

o Adjustment of offices / warehouses / archives to the AI regulation

(approx. 35,000 m2) cost of the work approx. 4,500 o Refurbishment of about 17,000 square meters of office to manage the merger between Ciba Geigy and Sandoz (Novartis Farma SpA) and coordination of the transfer of about 300 people from Milan to Origgio o Upgrading of: electrical systems (FM; lights; ADPE), fire prevention

(REI doors; smoke detection system; extinguishing system) and security systems (intrusion detection; video surveillance) of about 25,000 sqm of buildings for logistic use.
