Prepare Interim payment application and finalizing with consultant for payment.
Preparing final bill for project and closing out final accounts with consultant.
Preparing material proposal / submittal to consultant for approval.
Dealing with variation.
Cost analysis, budget monitoring and cost control.
Carry out detailed study of tender documents.
Preparing priced of Bill of Quantities.
Prepare rate build-up and costing for tenders.
Preparation of project budgets.
