Preparing material proposal / submittal to consultant for approval.

Dealing with variation.

Cost analysis, budget monitoring and cost control.

Carry out detailed study of tender documents.

Preparing priced of Bill of Quantities.

Prepare rate build-up and costing for tenders.

Preparation of project budgets.
