He appreciated growing up in the national capital region, as it was a great way to gain exposure for the rich diversity & tolerance that Canada stands for. A university graduate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University Toronto; he holds a professional Diploma Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Competency Based Assessment from the National Training Institute of Australian (ANTA) and completed an Advanced Post-Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Innovation from University of Vermont, USA, and in 2014 obtained an MBA in Management from Paramount University in California, USA. His accomplishments have included; job assignments as a Hospitality professional mainly in Human Resource corporate executive roles, and culminating his Hospitality career as a luxury resort hotel General Manager, to producing film screenplay incubation projects, to operating an Energy & Sustainability Management company. These experiences were a diverse and amazing learning adventure for him, and his desire to work with individuals and support their development, plus his personal passion for coaching, supported his approaches and affect on others to a more fulfilled cohesive purpose and lust for happiness.
