I lead a Women’s Bible study group. I am in charge of giving announcements to the ladies, letting them know if there are any class cancelation due to weather by phone and email. I have ladies share prayer request if any, say prayer then start lesson for that week. I read out the question and have each lady give their answers and add any extra info that was missed or that will help add to understanding the question.

I self published an educational children’s book to teach toddlers/ kids the alphabet, through the perspective of our Mini-Dachshund Hamlet, with humor and photos, taken by my husband, of Hamlet dressed in different outfits, speaking on each letter being represented.

Then I create a User ID and Password for each of the names on the request. Enter the info in the DPS Session system. Save and run it through the Tandems 1, 2 & 4. This activates the IDs & Passwords. Create a confirmation sheet in Word Doc. for each user. Attached to email and resend it back.

I answered & directed calls. I would greet customers when they walked in. In charge of payments received by depositing checks and credit card payments in Whirlwind system and write out a deposit slips. Invoiced products that were received from each customer’s account and printed out invoices to give to the sales person the order belong to. I would mailed out the invoices to customers when payment is needed, printed out Envelopes. Opened mail and put in each sales person box.
