Monitor and ensure all the MEP works are carried out as per Approved shop drawing, design drawing, project specification and standards.

Conduct regular Inspection for Quality Control of Materials and Equipment and workmanship & ensure the compliance with the Project Specification & International Standards.

Providing engineering solutions to the installation problems at site.

Monitoring the site activities with approved design drawings of HVAC, Chilled Water, Natural Gas, Fire Protection, Drainage and Plumbing systems as per applicable national and international standards & regulations to meet clients requirements.

Issue of site instructions (site reviews/ SOR), field mismatch (non- conformance) notices to the contractors and their completion review.
