Preparation of Spare Work Roll Sets for CRM, Temper Mill, CGL Skin Pass Mill, HMC Finishing Mill & Hot Skin Pass Mill.

Assigned Document Controller from department and Developed Roll Shop Work Instructions, Procedures, Forms, Standards, job Descriptions and reviewing annually.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly & monthly production and safety accomplishment & performance report.

Updating Roll Shop Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Risk Assessment Registry as per schedule/required.

Updating Sabic SHEMS (safety Health & Environment Management System) Files and implementation.

Representing Roll Shop in internal and external compliance audits.

Issuing Work Permit for PM, Breakdown and Maintenance Jobs.

Updating Level-3 System for PPC (Production Planning & Control) for rolls and chocks

Co-ordination with Machine Repair Site Services, Workshop and maintenance team (Electrical and mechanical) during break down.

Coordination with Hot Mill, Cold Reversing Mill, Temper Mill, CGL Skin Pass Mill for quality and roll related issues.

Inspection and ensuring of newly arrived rolls and Roll Shop materials are as per specification.
