Developed site specific Light Rail Company Safety Plan for installation of the track sub-station and overhead power systems. Provided support to project manager by conducting pre-construction meetings, site JHA inspections, and daily safety audits to stress adherence to site safety rules. Maintained all site safety, drug screen, and OSHA policies required by DART of all sub-contractors. 467 days without a lost time day or injury.

DART South Oak Cliff Bus Operating Facility (SOCBOF) - Dallas, Texas – 1999 - 2000

Safety Manager – Liberty Bond Services - Centex

Implemented and maintained a tracking program of all required safety, insurance, drug screens, and other company policies of all contractors. Provided support to Project Manager by conducting pre- construction meetings, inspections, and daily safety audits to stress adherence to site safety rules. Maintained all site safety, drug screen, and OSHA policies required by DART of all sub-contractors. Temporarily left project with a zero lost time and medical cases.

Returned as Safety Manager to close out project paperwork for DART. Provided support to new project management by conducting pre-construction meetings, inspections, and daily safety audits of all sub-contractors. Maintained all site safety and drug screen policies required by DART of all subcontractors. Project closed 628 days without a lost time injury and only 2 first-aid cases while away from project.
