Implemented and maintained a tracking program of all required safety, insurance, drug screens, and other company policies of all contractors. Returned as Safety Manager to close out project paperwork for DART. Maintained all site safety and drug screen policies required by DART of all subcontractors. Project closed 628 days without a lost time injury and only 2 first-aid cases while away from project.
