Group President, Southeastern United States

Operations director and multiunit leader for a portfolio of 14 Veterinary Specialty hospitals and ER hospitals that ranged from 5 million to 25 million annually. Responsible for all aspects of financial management, budgeting, COGs/Labor analysis, HR concerns, hospital director hiring and development, medical director hiring and development. Designed hospital director training plan, behavioral interview templates for the company and was involved with new hospital acquisitions. Designed and implemented a detailed Professional Development Plan and evaluation process for the Southeast Region.

Developed and led the Directors of Veterinary Quality (DVQs) team and to ensure care delivered met industry and Banfield quality standards.
